This website is operated by NSWEB OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (Reg. No. 17522369), Tallinn, Estonia. We are a full-cycle digital product agency offering web development, mobile application, and related services.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect data through two channels:

• Contact form: When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, estimated budget, and project description.
• Analytics — Umami (cookieless): We use a self-hosted instance of Umami Analytics to collect anonymised usage data — page views, referrer, browser, and country. Umami does not use cookies, does not track visitors across sites, and all data is stored on our own infrastructure at umami.nsweb.space. No personally identifiable information is collected.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project engagement.
• Analytics data is used to understand how visitors interact with the site and to improve its content and usability.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

As an Estonian company, NSWEB OÜ is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Contact form data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) — responding to your message and potential contract negotiation.
• Umami analytics data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). Because Umami is cookieless and collects no personal data, no consent is required under GDPR.

5. Cookies

This site does not use cookies for analytics or tracking. Umami Analytics is cookieless — no cookies are set and no cross-site tracking occurs.

6. Data Retention

• Contact form messages are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the business purpose and comply with applicable legal obligations, then deleted.
• Umami Analytics data is retained on our own infrastructure for as long as the service is operational. You may request deletion by contacting us.

7. Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services:

• Resend — email delivery service used to forward contact form submissions to our inbox. Data is transmitted securely.
• Umami Analytics — self-hosted, cookieless page analytics. All data remains on our infrastructure.
• Vercel — hosting platform. Vercel may collect anonymised request logs for performance and security purposes.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Withdraw consent for analytics processing at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI)
