This website is operated by NSWEB OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (Reg. No. 17522369), Tallinn, Estonia. We are a full-cycle digital product agency offering web development, mobile application, and related services.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect data through two channels:

• Contact form: When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, estimated budget, and project description.
• Analytics (with your consent): If you accept cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymised behavioural data — page views, scroll depth, clicks, and session recordings. No personally identifiable information is captured by Clarity unless you have entered it into an input field on the page.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project engagement.
• Analytics data is used to understand how visitors interact with the site and to improve its content and usability.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

As an Estonian company, NSWEB OÜ is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Contact form data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) — responding to your message and potential contract negotiation.
• Analytics cookies are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies only for analytics purposes, and only with your explicit consent.

• Microsoft Clarity — sets cookies to record anonymised session data (heatmaps, session replays). Data is processed by Microsoft Corporation and subject to their Privacy Statement.
• cookie_consent — a key stored in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie preference. This is strictly necessary and does not track you.

You can revoke your consent at any time by clearing your browser local storage or cookie data for this site.

6. Data Retention

• Contact form messages are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the business purpose and comply with applicable legal obligations, then deleted.
• Microsoft Clarity retains session data for 13 months, in accordance with their own data retention policy.

7. Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services:

• Resend — email delivery service used to forward contact form submissions to our inbox. Data is transmitted securely.
• Microsoft Clarity — behavioural analytics (consent required).
• Vercel — hosting platform. Vercel may collect anonymised request logs for performance and security purposes.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Withdraw consent for analytics processing at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI)
